Valeria Selivanova has been appointed to the ICC TASK FORCE “ADDRESSING ISSUES OF CORRUPTION IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION”.

A partner of Paradigma Law Firm Valeria Selivanova has been appointed to the ICC Task Force “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”.

The result of the work of the ICC Task Force will be recommendations for arbitrators on how to act in situations when there is reason to believe that arbitration is used to cover up corruption. Participation in the ICC Task Force involves holding regular meetings as part of working groups.

Paradigma Law Firm is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce - the World Business Organization (ICC), a member of the Russian National Committee (ICC Russia). The partners of the firm are members of the specialized commissions of ICC Russia, including the Arbitration Commission, and take part in all Russian and international events and initiatives of the International Chamber of Commerce.
